Tina Bullen

Tina Bullen is a professional artist-teacher based in Colchester, Essex, where she was born and lives. She studied at university in Canterbury, graduating with a BA (Hons) in Art and Radio, Film and TV Studies, and explored printmaking and sculpture before committing to painting and drawing.

Her days are spent preparing and delivering art workshops freelance for art organisations, such as the award-winning Firstsite, The Art Harbour CIC, The Paint Club, and of course, making art.

She has taken part in numerous group and collaborative exhibitions across East Anglia, been published in various anthologies, magazines and books, and has had at least one solo show a year since 2021. She also writes and publishes articles, newsletters and poetry regularly in Substack.

She is very active on the Colchester art scene, and is a member Minories Artist Network, Dedham Art Society and Colchester Art Society.
