Adam Billings
Adam Billings is a fashion and portrait photographer based in Norwich. He moved to the city in 2019 and graduated from Norwich University of the Arts with a degree in photography in 2023, returning to complete a master's in communication design in 2026. Alongside photography he works in set and prop design for shoots, and in art direction and curation, and he is developing his practice within community-based projects. He is one of the team behind Look At Us Now.
Artist Statement
Influenced by the vibrant use of colour within modern art. My work explores fashion and portraiture in a bold and playful manner to create slick yet graphic imagery. Whether it be within photography or design, the use of awkward editorial inspirations is prominent throughout. I enjoy working on a range of surreal and experimental creative projects that explore colour, shape and texture.
