Fakenham Arts Festival 2026

Welcome to the Fakenham Arts Festival 2026. This year's month-long festival, set against the charming backdrop of Fakenham's historic streets and contemporary venues, invites you on an extraordinary journey through our town. 58 venues will be displaying work by 45 local artists, creating a unique and special event, showcasing a diverse array of artistic expressions.

Browse or buy, it is up to you. Take in a film, pick up a leaflet or children's pack for the Community Art Trail with QR codes for audio describing the works, take a look at the newly created passage of art, then visit the local cinema to view films of internationally acclaimed artists.

Running alongside the festival is the FAF26 Community Art Trail: eleven pictures displayed in venues around the town, each stop carrying a QR code with spoken information and two questions about the picture. Two of the pictures are by local artists, and spotting them both, along with the link between all the paintings, enters you into a prize draw. A colour-coded map guides visitors between the participating shops and venues.
