Ollie Le Brocq

Ollie Le Brocq was born in Jersey in 1972 and now lives in Suffolk, on the Heritage Coast. He studied Design at art college and later took a degree in Industrial Design, and has spent over twenty years working professionally as a digital artist and animator.

He began experimenting with paint in 2012, as an antidote to the digital work. His painting centres on still life and on representations of people.

He was shortlisted for the LGC Art Prize in 2025, and his paintings have been used for the covers of Anne Tyler's Three Days in June and Fred D'Aguiar's Translations from Memory. His work is held in private collections in the UK, the United States, Europe and Australia.
