Karen Densham

Karen Densham is an artist working primarily in ceramics. She studied at the Royal College of Art in London, The Polytechnic, Wolverhampton and Harlow Technical College, Essex.

Rooted in domestic ephemera, ceramic history and visual idioms, her work may initially appear disjointed - a collection of random objects. Yet, upon closer inspection, unexpected connections arise, evoking unsettling and poetic reflections. Recent exhibitions include the solo show Poor Form at The Art Station, Saxmundham (2025), Medusa at Union Gallery, London (2025), For Folk Sake at The Cut, Halesworth (2024), Ventriloquism: The Lost Voice Spoken By Others at The Whitaker, Rossendale (2023), and Waiting For Something Better (Online Solo) at Richard Saltoun Gallery, London.
