Off the Wall: Irina Prentice

Off the Wall is the first solo exhibition by Harlow Art Trust's 10th STAIR (Sculpture Town Artist In Residence), Irina Prentice.

Drawing on Harlow's built past, Prentice has developed a new body of sculptural works around the theme of brick walls. Tracing the story of walls through conversations with Harlow's builder community, Prentice explores their role in our lives through construction, deconstruction and reassembly. What might they reveal about the places we inhabit, and what might emerge when we look more closely at the parts that make them up?
