Greenhouse Gallery

Greenhouse Gallery is a gallery and bespoke picture framing workshop at 22 St Nicholas Street, in the Saints quarter of Ipswich, next to the Cromwell Square car park.

The business has framed and shown work at the same address since 1984, trading for most of that time as Frame Workshop and Gallery. Kelly took it over in July 2024 from Robin, who had run it for almost forty years, and the gallery side now goes by Greenhouse Gallery.

The gallery hangs changing exhibitions in the front room, alongside a stock of work by artists from Ipswich and the surrounding area. It takes submissions from artists directly and selects what it shows, rather than hiring the space out.
