Chalice Gallery

Founded in January 2025, Chalice is an artist-run gallery on Gainsborough Street in Sudbury, opposite Gainsborough's House. It was started 'with a common dream to bring art into our local community', and the gallery describes itself as 'a group of collectively caring individuals, holding space for what is important to them'.

The programme combines a rolling exhibitions calendar with monthly previews and a broader community offer: artist groups, workshops, critique sessions, storytelling and writing evenings, and holistic health events.
