Broad Street Gallery

Broad Street Gallery opened on 8 June 2026 in the former Broad Street Guild building in the centre of Bungay.

It is run by Barbara and Brendon Bernard, residents of Ditchingham since 2013, who bought the building and converted it. Barbara is a painter and a member of the Harleston and Waveney Art Trail Collective; Brendon is a retired businessman and South Norfolk District Councillor.

The gallery holds about 38 linear metres of wall space and runs a month-long programme of group shows, most of them six artists at a time, across painting, printmaking, sculpture, textile art and ceramics. Each show usually opens with a Meet the Artists evening.
