Hazel Albarn: SHAPESHIFTER

An exhibition of masks by artist Hazel Albarn. Drawn back to The Minories where she taught and exhibited after arriving in Colchester in the mid-1970s, Alban's oeuvre is the result of extensive travel and community workshops, from a paper-making village in Obara, Japan, to projects in Botswana and Malawi, all feeding into her enduring fascination with the mask.
